Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive Key Account will be responsible for managing assigned online marketplace accounts end-to-end. This role focuses on catalog management, order processing, coordination with internal teams, compliance with marketplace SOPs, and driving account performance through data-driven actions.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management
- Handle assigned marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, etc.) as key accounts
- Act as the single point of contact between marketplaces and internal teams
- Coordinate with category managers, account managers, and vendor support teams
Catalog & Listing Management
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings (styles, SKUs, size sets, images, descriptions)
- Ensure catalog accuracy as per marketplace guidelines (GPT, FPT, QC norms)
- Monitor live status, suppression issues, and listing errors
Order & Operations Management
- Track daily orders, dispatch timelines, and cancellations
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams for timely dispatch
- Ensure correct packaging, barcoding, polybagging, and compliance
Pricing & Promotions
- Support pricing updates, discounts, and campaign participation
- Assist in planning sale events, deals, and seasonal promotions
- Monitor competitor pricing and category trends
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, returns, RTV, and aging stock
- Track performance metrics such as fill rate, cancellation %, returns %, and SLA adherence
- Highlight issues and improvement opportunities to management
Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Ensure adherence to marketplace SOPs and policies
- Handle ticketing, claims, chargebacks, penalties, and disputes
- Follow up on inward issues, rejections, and RTVs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and workflows
- Hands-on experience with cataloging, order processing, and dashboards
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
