Job Title: Independent Site Operation Manager / Independent Site Campaign & New Product Planning
Job Positioning
Responsible for the implementation of the overall operation strategy for the brand's independent DTC website, with a focus on the full-link planning of new product launches and traffic conversion at key marketing campaign periods. Improve the site's GMV, conversion rate (CVR), and user repurchase rate by optimizing the user journey, planning in-site activities, and conducting refined product operations.
Job Responsibilities-:
New Product Launch Strategy & Implementation
Launch Schedule Control: Develop exclusive launch strategies for new products on the independent site (including pre-sales, early access, limited editions, etc.) according to the brand marketing calendar, and collaborate with the content team to create landing pages.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Structurally plan new product detail pages, and use A/B testing to optimize page layout, selling point copy, and CTA buttons to ensure efficient conversion of incoming traffic.
User Accumulation: Design user retention mechanisms during the new product launch period (e.g., coupons for email subscriptions, add-to-cart reminders) to convert new customers into brand members.
Independent Site Marketing Campaign Planning
Major Promotion Planning: Develop the annual activity calendar for the independent site (focusing on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas season, and brand anniversary), and formulate phased discount strategies.
In-site Marketing Setup: Build rich in-site marketing scenarios (e.g., pop-ups, countdown timers, low-stock alerts, cross-sell recommendations) to increase average order value.
Data Monitoring & Technical Collaboration
Data Analysis: Proficient in using Google Analytics and heatmap tools to monitor traffic sources, user behavior flow, cart abandonment rate, and funnel drop-off for new products and campaigns, and provide optimization solutions.
Technical Coordination: Act as a bridge between the operation team and technical/development teams, put forward optimization requirements for in-site functions (e.g., plugin installation, pixel tracking, checkout process optimization), and test stability after launch.
