Senior eCommerce & Digital Product Analyst

Department: Digital Commerce Hub| Location: Bangalore

Reports to: eCommerce & Digital Product Lead

WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE

This role plays a critical part in delivering commercial performance across our ecommerce platforms by ensuring flawless execution of digital trading, content, campaigns, and customer journeys.

You will act as a key operational partner to regional and global stakeholders, translating commercial goals into high-quality digital execution. By combining strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and technical confidence, you will help drive online conversion, customer engagement, and trading performance.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO

Digital Trading & Commercial Execution

  • Manage and maintain the 12-month digital product trading calendar, aligning activities with commercial and regional priorities.
  • Own and flawlessly execute promotional, clearance, and seasonal campaigns across ecommerce platforms and integrated email channels.
  • Manage site product data, content setup, banners, and brand landing pages to support launches and optimise traffic and conversion.
  • Own the end-to-end creation and delivery of seasonal print catalogues, ensuring accuracy for commercial distribution.

CMS, Platforms & Site Operations

  • Act as the CMS Super User, ensuring flawless front-end execution and content accuracy across the website.
  • Confidently navigate and operate within multiple digital systems including CMS, CRM, PIM, SAP, and analytics platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison for site-related issues, logging, owning, and progressing tickets through to resolution.

Testing, Quality & Delivery

  • Design and lead regression testing and UAT for site deployments, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Work closely with IT and Business Analysts to ensure thorough testing and zero negative impact on live environments.
  • Translate commercial objectives and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Build strong working relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Create clear, detailed briefs for internal teams and agencies, ensuring creative output aligns with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

TECHNICAL, ANALYTICAL & COMMERCIAL SKILLS

  • Highly analytical with strong numeracy, advanced Excel skills, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced experience using GA4, Adobe Analytics, or other enterprise-level analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and make sound decisions.
  • Customer-centric mindset, able to map and optimise end-to-end digital journeys and remove friction points.
  • Commercially astute, balancing business goals, operational constraints, and customer needs.

COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION & WAYS OF WORKING

  • Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong teamwork skills, contributing positively in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Effective at managing time, prioritising tasks objectively based on impact, effort, and risk.
  • Comfortable working in a supervised role while taking ownership and accountability for delivery.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Experience in ecommerce, digital operations, or digital product execution roles.
  • Strong experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. Hybris) and ticket management tools (e.g. Jira, Freshworks).
  • Confident working across multiple enterprise systems and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex digital execution with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with IT, Digital, Marketing, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Elastic, SAP, PIM systems, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working with CRM and email platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ecommerce or multi-brand digital environments.
