Atrangi Studio is a fast-growing D2C home dcor brand building unique, handcrafted products for modern Indian homes. We are now expanding aggressively on marketplaces like Myntra and are looking for a hands-on Myntra Ads Specialist who knows how to scale performance, not just manage dashboards.
Role Overview :
We are looking for someone who has actually run and scaled Myntra ads, understands marketplace behavior, and can drive revenue + ROAS growth, not just impressions.
This is a freelance, remote role with a strong bias towards execution and results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize Myntra Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Sponsored Listings, etc.)
- Own daily performance tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR
- Scale winning products through budget allocation & bid strategies
- Identify high-potential SKUs and push them through ads
- Work closely with the team on catalog, pricing, and offer strategy
- Analyze Myntra backend data to uncover growth opportunities
- Continuously test:
- Keywords
- Creatives (if applicable)
- Bidding strategies
- Improve product visibility, ranking, and conversions
What we are looking for :
- Proven experience in Myntra Ads (must-have)
- Strong understanding of marketplace performance marketing
- Ability to scale campaigns profitably, not just run them
- Data-driven mindset with clear decision-making
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Bonus: Experience with fashion/home decor categories

- Not for beginners
- Not for people who only manage ads
- Not for agency-style reporting without ownership
We need someone who treats the ad account like their own business.
Compensation :
- Freelance / Project-based (monthly retainer + performance upside possible)
- Compensation will depend on experience and proven results
