Role Overview

The E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing marketplace operations, and scaling presence across quick commerce platforms. The role requires strong coordination between sales, supply chain, marketing, and platform partners to ensure availability, visibility, and profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & Platform Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations on:
  • Quick Commerce: Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Dunzo
  • E-commerce: Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart
  • Coordinate onboarding, catalog creation, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure 100% product availability, correct listings, and content accuracy
  • Handle platform relationships, commercials, and negotiations
Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Drive topline growth and improve GMV and order velocity
  • Plan and execute platform-led campaigns and promotions
  • Expand SKU assortment based on platform performance
  • Identify city-wise and platform-wise growth opportunities
Supply Chain & Inventory Planning
  • Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels
  • Reduce stock-outs, expiries, and returns
  • Manage dark store and city-wise inventory planning
Pricing, Margins & Profitability
  • Monitor platform commissions, discounts, and burn
  • Maintain pricing discipline aligned with GT & MT
  • Improve contribution margins through better mix and promotions
  • Track ROI on offers and marketing spends
Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Track key KPIs:
  • Sales, GMV, fill rate
  • Stock availability
  • Order cancellation & return rate
  • Platform-wise profitability
  • Prepare weekly & monthly MIS for management
  • Share actionable insights for improvement
Brand Visibility & Content
  • Coordinate product images, descriptions, and branding
  • Ensure compliance with platform quality & packaging norms
  • Support NPD launches and festive campaigns online
  • Work with marketing teams for digital visibility
Desired Candidate ProfileExperience
  • 48 years of experience in:
  • E-commerce or Quick Commerce operations
  • FMCG / Food / Dairy / Frozen Foods preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing at least 23 platforms
  • Prior experience in dark store or hyperlocal models is a plus
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce economics
  • Excellent coordination and execution skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong Excel & MIS skills
  • Negotiation and relationship management
  • Fast decision-making in a high-speed environment
