Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Surat. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service interactions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining product listings. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's online presence and sales strategies.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and Sales strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills in Google Ads and Portal Promotions
• Hands on Experience on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Jiomart & Myntra
• Calculate online selling prices by considering costs, fees, taxes, and profit margins.
• Proficient in Basic to Advanced Excel, including formulas, functions, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience in a similar role or in the retail/e-commerce industry is an advantage
• Handle returns, claims, and email management, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with customers and marketplaces
