Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
This role will be responsible for driving online sales, ensuring product visibility, managing listings, and coordinating with platforms and internal teams to deliver strong growth.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Quick Commerce Management
- Manage brand presence across quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and e-commerce platforms
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate with platforms for onboarding new SKUs and launches
Sales & Growth
- Drive revenue growth across online channels
- Monitor platform-wise performance (sales, visibility, conversions)
- Identify opportunities for assortment expansion and market penetration
Platform & Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with platform account managers
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and inventory planning
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, warehouse, marketing)
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, discounts, and promotions
- Optimize product visibility through ads, banners, and featured placements
Data & Reporting
- Track key metrics:
- Sales performance
- Order volumes
- Stock availability
- ROI on campaigns
- Share insights and recommendations for growth
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of quick commerce & e-commerce ecosystems
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of FMCG/dairy/food products preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 25 years of experience in:
- E-commerce / Quick Commerce
- FMCG / Food / Retail
- Experience managing platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart
