We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize daily operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce platforms, ERP integrations, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently while ensuring seamless order processing, inventory alignment, and performance optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform (product uploads, pricing updates, inventory synchronization, plugin integrations)
- Oversee ERP workflows related to e-commerce, including order flow, inventory updates, reconciliation, and reporting
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for technical resolutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, banners, and seasonal launches
- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights
- Ensure accurate order processing, fulfillment coordination, and customer communication
- Implement SEO best practices to improve product discoverability and site traffic
- Maintain compliance with applicable tax, shipping, and privacy regulations
- Provide regular operational updates and performance reports to senior leadership
- Support inventory planning and pricing alignment in coordination with finance and warehouse teams
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 4+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce or similar)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly inventory and order management modules
- Strong knowledge of website management tools, plugins, and integrations (payment gateways, shipping modules, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools and digital marketing platforms
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with strong analytical ability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualification required:- Any Graduate
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have minimum 4+ year experience in same profile
- Candidate must be comfortable working in night shift
- This is a remote WFH opportunity
- High speed internet and power backup required
