Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Specialist with strong expertise in managing and scaling business on Amazon.in. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in seller/vendor central operations, listing optimization, advertising, and account health management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon.in seller account
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords, backend search terms)
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
  • Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Handle inventory planning, stock forecasting, and replenishment
  • Ensure account health by monitoring performance metrics and resolving policy violations
  • Manage customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain brand reputation
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Deals, Coupons, Lightning Deals, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing Amazon.in accounts (Seller Central)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking factors
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of FBA, Easy Ship, and Self-Ship models
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling multiple product categories (FMCG, Pet Supplies, Electronics, etc.)
  • Knowledge of marketplace integrations and listing tools
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and conversion optimization
