Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Specialist with strong expertise in managing and scaling business on Amazon.in. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in seller/vendor central operations, listing optimization, advertising, and account health management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon.in seller account
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords, backend search terms)
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Handle inventory planning, stock forecasting, and replenishment
- Ensure account health by monitoring performance metrics and resolving policy violations
- Manage customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain brand reputation
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Deals, Coupons, Lightning Deals, etc.)
Requirements:- Proven experience managing Amazon.in accounts (Seller Central)
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of FBA, Easy Ship, and Self-Ship models
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in handling multiple product categories (FMCG, Pet Supplies, Electronics, etc.)
- Knowledge of marketplace integrations and listing tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and conversion optimization
