Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Coimbatore. The E-commerce Specialist will manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms, optimise product listings, analyse sales data, and develop strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online sales strategies
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Sales, including tactics for improving online sales and meeting targets
• Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO techniques is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
