Company Overview:
Barn 14 is a fast-growing homegrown luxury gifting and home dcor brand with a strong online presence across Instagram and our own website. As we expand our footprint across marketplaces like Myntra and Blinkit, we are looking for a dedicatedE-Commerce Executiveto take ownership of all marketplace operations, listing, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Optimization
- Upload new products on Myntra, Blinkit, and future platforms.
- Optimize titles, images, tags, descriptions, and attributes per platform guidelines.
- Coordinate image requirements with the creative team.
Inventory & Order Management
- Sync inventory across platforms and internal stock.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for timely fulfillment.
Platform Coordination
- Liaise with platform support/account managers for promotions, tickets, and uploads.
- Stay updated on category trends and policy changes.
Ad Campaigns & Sales Initiatives
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on marketplaces (if applicable).
- Track promotional events (End of Season Sales, festive offers, etc.) and plan participation.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor daily sales, returns, ratings, and reviews.
- Share weekly reports with suggestions to improve performance.
Cross-team Communication
- Work closely with marketing, design, and operations to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience managing marketplace accounts (Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart/Blinkit preferred).
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot preferred).
- Familiarity with seller panels, order dashboards, and inventory uploads.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics (important for gifting/luxury space).
- Good communication skills (spoken + written English).
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Preferred but Not Mandatory:
- Experience with Unicommerce, GoKwik, or similar tools.
- Exposure to D2C brands or premium lifestyle categories.
- Basic understanding of marketplace ads.
