About UsWe are building a fast-growing B2B + D2C commerce ecosystem. This role is for someone who understands execution over theory and can manage day-to-day e-commerce operations while helping onboard and scale D2C brands on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Onboard D2C brands onto our platform and marketplaces (cataloguing, documentation, pricing, coordination)
- Act as the point of contact for D2C brands during onboarding and ongoing operations
- Coordinate with design, vendors, warehouse, and logistics partners
- Track orders, dispatches, returns, and reconciliations
- Manage inventory planning and stock movement
- Work on pricing, margins, offers, and discount structures
- Monitor sales performance, dashboards, and operational reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution and SLA adherence
Must-Have Skills- 13 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart
- Experience in inventory, order processing, and logistics coordination
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Clear communication and ownership mindset
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setup
Good to Have (Bonus)- Experience onboarding or managing D2C brands
- Familiarity with Shiprocket / Delhivery / Blue Dart or similar logistics partners
- Exposure to B2B orders or corporate sales
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, and payment reconciliation
- Basic knowledge of promotions, ads, or growth levers
