We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist with hands-on experience in Flipkart Advertising, Seller Page Optimization, and Quick Commerce platform management. The ideal candidate will drive visibility, conversions, and revenue across key online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Flipkart Advertising & Marketplace Management
Plan, execute, and optimize Flipkart Ad campaigns (PLA, Display, Smart ROI, SDA, Product Boost ads).
Monitor daily ad spends, ACOS, ROI, and maximize campaign performance.
Optimize product listings for ranking, visibility, and conversions.
Manage Flipkart Seller Dashboard, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Coordinate with category managers for deals, events, and visibility opportunities.
Seller Page Management
Improve seller page quality score through optimized content, banners, catalog hygiene, and updated brand assets.
Track product ratings, reviews, and implement strategies to improve seller performance metrics.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark pricing, content & offers.
Quick Commerce Expertise
(Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, Amazon Fresh, etc.)
Manage catalogue uploads, listing quality, pricing strategy, and daily inventory.
Drive visibility through platform-specific ads, in-app promotions, and brand placements.
Monitor fill rates, out-of-stock %, and ensure fast turnaround of orders.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and SLA adherence.
Analytics & Growth
Track daily sales performance and generate weekly/monthly business reports.
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and content teams to improve overall platform performance.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Flipkart Ads Manager, Seller Hub & Marketplace tools.
Hands-on experience in Quick Commerce operations and marketing.
Excellent knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, pricing, promotions & catalog management.
Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
Good communication & coordination abilities.
