At Baheri Consultancy, you won't be fixing meta tags all day you'll be responsible for how SEO actually drives business.

What this role actually looks like:

You'll own 45 eCommerce accounts like mini-businesses

Decide what matters not everything needs fixing, only what moves rankings/revenue

Build SEO strategies across pages, collections, content, and internal linking

Work with devs when needed not to fix CWV, but when it impacts crawlability, indexation, or rankings

Use automation, templates, and AI to scale output without scaling effort

Be accountable for outcomes: traffic quality, rankings, and revenue impact

You'll do well here if:

• You've handled eCommerce SEO end-to-end (not just content or tech in isolation)
• You can look at data and say this is the 20% that will move results
• You've worked across Shopify / WordPress environments
• You're comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog but don't depend on them blindly
• You understand how SEO connects to conversion, not just traffic

How we evaluate people (this matters more than your CV):

• Ownership: you don't wait for instructions, you define the roadmap
• Detail orientation: you catch things others miss (indexation gaps, cannibalization, weak pages)
• Basic math & Excel: you can break down performance, not just report it
• Results obsession: you care about what changed, not what was done
• Structured thinking: clear frameworks > random SEO tactics

What this is not:

• Not a do 50 optimizations per week role
• Not a pure technical SEO role
• Not a content writing role
