This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of a dynamic eCommerce product catalog focused on technology solutions. You will be responsible for researching newly launched products, validating technical specifications, and maintaining up-to-date listings across a Magento-based platform. Working in a fast-paced digital environment, you will ensure that product data remains consistent, competitive, and aligned with market trends. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail to manage large volumes of product information efficiently. You will collaborate with internal teams and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research speed and accuracy. Accountabilities
- Conduct detailed research on newly launched products using official brand sources and trusted industry references.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings on Magento, ensuring completeness of all required fields.
- Manage product data including manufacturer numbers, pricing, technical specifications, descriptions, and images.
- Perform regular audits of product catalogs to identify and correct inconsistencies, missing data, or outdated information.
- Ensure all listings comply with internal quality standards and eCommerce marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor competitor platforms to track market trends, pricing, and product positioning.
- Use AI-based tools to support product research, validation, and data collection processes.
- Maintain continuous updates of existing listings based on new product releases and specification changes.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Magento or similar eCommerce product management platforms.
- Strong research, analytical, and data validation skills with high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, cloud, and AI-based solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered research tools and data extraction techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for data handling and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in eCommerce catalog management or product data operations is highly preferred.
