Job Title - Ecommerce Operations Executive
Experience required - 6 months - 1 year
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned brand accounts across Amazon India, Amazon UK, Amazon UAE, Amazon USA, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Ensure smooth account functioning across listings, order processing, returns coordination, and operational issue resolution.
• Monitor account health and marketplace compliance to reduce penalties, listing suppressions, and operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external marketplace support teams for issue tracking and timely closure.
Catalog & Listing Management
• Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, attributes, and backend keywords.
• Ensure catalog hygiene, content accuracy, and completeness across all live SKUs.
• Track listing errors, suppressed ASINs/SKUs, variation issues, and content gaps, and take corrective action.
• Support new product launches by coordinating listing setup, category mapping, and required documentation.
International Marketplace Support
• Support operational execution across international marketplaces, especially Amazon UK and Amazon UAE.
• Assist in catalog readiness, documentation coordination, and marketplace-specific operational requirements for global accounts.
• Help maintain smooth execution of cross-border marketplace activities in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
Reporting & Operational Analysis
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational trackers for listings, availability, order issues, returns, and account health metrics.
• Publish regular reports on stock-outs, listing issues, catalog gaps, order escalations, and operational performance.
• Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support business review preparation with accurate backend data and marketplace operation updates.
What We're Looking For
• 6 Months - 1 year of experience in eCommerce operations or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Seller/Partner portals, or similar marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of catalog management, order operations, and marketplace backend processes.
• Experience supporting multiple SKUs and brand accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for trackers, reports, and operational analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage execution with accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across internal teams and external marketplace stakeholders.
• Prior exposure to international marketplaces such as Amazon UK or Amazon UAE will be an advantage.
