We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Gurgaon and drive our growth on leading marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa and Amazon.

Role Overview

PositionKey Account Manager - Marketplaces

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: Required 3-5 years in managing marketplace relationships

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRAs)

Marketplace Management : Lead and manage relationships with Myntra, Nykaa and other key marketplaces.

Revenue Growth : Identify and seize opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Handling P & L

Advertising & Promotions : Plan and execute advertising campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Business Insights : Generate insights and reports to drive business decisions and strategy.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace contacts to ensure alignment.

Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on KPIs and sales performance metrics.

Candidiate Profile

Criteria Details

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience : 3-5 years in managing marketplace accounts, particularly Myntra and Nykaa

Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics.
