About Maiva

Maiva is a fast-growing plant-based nutrition brand operating across Amazon, Flipkart, D2C and Q-commerce platforms. We are building stronger in-house control over our marketplace growth and are looking for someone who can independently manage and scale our Amazon and marketplace presence.

We are at an early but stable stage on Amazon and are now focused on aggressively improving catalogue quality, conversion, and structured growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Manager who can:

  • Independently manage Amazon, Flipkart, Tata1mg etc. end-to-end
  • Improve listing optimisation and conversion
  • Plan and execute sale events
  • Monitor daily sales performance and inventory
  • Coordinate with advertising agency
  • Manage Flipkart and other nutrition platforms
  • Support Shopify operations where required

This is an execution-focused role with growth responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon, Flipkart & Marketplaces End-to-End Ownership

  • Listing creation and optimisation (titles, bullets, backend search terms)
  • A+ content updates and improvement coordination
  • Image and infographic improvement coordination
  • Keyword tracking and ranking improvement
  • Variation and catalogue management
  • Review and rating monitoring
  • Daily and weekly performance tracking

Growth and Event Planning

  • Plan and execute Prime Day, Great Indian Festival and Lightning Deals
  • Coordinate discount strategy and coupons
  • Identify hero SKUs for ranking push
  • Competitor pricing analysis
  • Improve CTR and conversion rate

Ads Coordination (Basic Understanding Required)

  • Work with existing ads agency
  • Monitor TACOS, ACOS, CVR and CTR
  • Suggest keyword expansion and pruning
  • Align catalogue optimisation with ad performance

(Deep ads management experience is a plus, but not mandatory.)

Multi-Platform Management

  • Manage Flipkart catalogue and performance
  • Manage nutrition marketplaces such as Hyugalife and other relevant platforms
  • Maintain pricing consistency across channels
  • Ensure stock sync and availability

Shopify and D2C Operations (Basic)

  • Monitor daily orders and dispatch coordination
  • Manage basic product page updates
  • Work with warehouse to prevent stock-outs

What We Are Looking For

  • 36 years hands-on Amazon & other Marketplaces experience
  • Managed 1530+ SKUs
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Listing SEO
  • A+ content
  • Amazon backend
  • Sale events
  • Inventory planning
  • Good Excel skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong ownership mentality

Preferred Background

  • D2C or FMCG brand
  • Nutrition or consumer category exposure
  • Startup or growth-focused environment

Not Suitable If

  • Only handled backend listing uploads
  • Only worked on ads
  • No exposure to sale events or ranking strategy
  • Purely agency reporting role
