Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth across various marketplaces, quick-commerce and brand websites.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine pricing, promotions, and product offerings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, customer retention and ROI on ads.
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, identifying areas for optimization.
- Leverage web analytics and customer insights to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Monitoring and analyse market trend, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
- Plan and execute targeted e-commerce ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Quick commerce ads etc.).
- Optimize advertising strategies for better ROI and customer acquisition.
- Optimizing the website for user experience, including navigation, search functionality.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platforms, including key metrics, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new marketplaces and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industries
Education: Any Graduate
Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Salary: 10 LPA negotiable based on experience and current salary.
