Position: E-commerce Marketing Manager
Location: Faridabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd work from home)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven professional with at least 2 years of experience in marketplace advertising and account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proven expertise in e-commerce platforms, and the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance product visibility across major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
- Create and manage sponsored product ads, brand ads, and display ads to maximize client reach.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings and campaigns for visibility and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
- Stay informed about platform trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Account Management & Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners.
- Manage communication with marketplace platforms to resolve issues, optimize listings, and track performance.
- Provide proactive client support on inventory, product performance, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines and adapt to policy changes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use Excel and analytics tools to track KPIs for campaigns and account performance.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting sales trends, campaign outcomes, and opportunities for growth.
- Leverage data insights to recommend improvements in both marketing and account management strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketplace advertising and account management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
