Green Aura is building a premium, transparent, herbal supplement brand with a strong focus on quality, education-led marketing, and sustainable long-term customer value. We operate across D2C (website) and marketplaces (Amazon), with a sharp focus on performance, retention, and brand trust.
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly accountableEcommerce Marketing Managerto own and drive revenue growth across Green Aura'sShopify/D2C,Amazon, and paid media channels. This is aresults-first role. We are flexible about where you work (hybrid remote/onsite), but we are strict about outcomes, discipline, and execution quality.
Key Responsibilities
1) Revenue & Growth Ownership
- OwnD2C revenue targetsand channel-level growth plans.
- Build monthly/weekly action plans to improvetraffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, and CAC:LTV.
- Drive consistent improvement through structured experimentation and disciplined execution.
2) Performance Marketing (Meta/Google/Amazon Ads)
- Plan and manage paid media budgets acrossMeta, Google, Amazon Ads(in-house or with agency).
- Build testing frameworks forhooks, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers.
- Monitor daily performance; take corrective actions to improveROAS, MER, CAC, CVR.
3) Shopify & Website Conversion (CRO)
- Optimize store journeys: product pages, bundles, checkout, upsells, and post-purchase flows.
- Collaborate with design/content to create high-converting landing pages and product storytelling.
- Own implementation of tools/apps (reviews, bundles, tracking, heatmaps, popups, etc.).
4) Retention & CRM (Email/WhatsApp/SMS)
- Own retention engine:welcome series, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, replenishment, winback.
- Driverepeat purchasesthrough segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and smart offers.
- Work with customer support to improve FAQ content, objections handling, and reductions in RTO/cancellations (where applicable).
5) Amazon Growth
- Coordinate Amazon listing optimization:A+ content, creatives, keywords, pricing, promotions.
- Manage Amazon advertising structure and improve organic rank through disciplined execution.
6) Creative & Content System
- Build a creative pipeline with consistent output: UGC, founder-led, educational and product-led creatives.
- Develop briefs, creative testing plans, and performance reviews (weekly creative scorecards).
- Ensure claims/disclaimers remain compliant for supplements/nutraceutical category.
7) Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Ensure clean tracking: pixels/events, GA4, attribution logic, and consistent reporting.
- Publish weekly performance reports with insights, actions, and owners.
- Maintain dashboards for channel KPIs and unit economics.
Success Metrics (How You Will Be Evaluated)
- D2C revenue growth and contribution margin improvement
- CAC, ROAS/MER, CVR, AOV, and Repeat Purchase Rate
- Creative testing velocity and win-rate
- Funnel health: session-to-purchase conversion, checkout completion, refund/return/RTO reduction (as relevant)
- Operational excellence: reporting cadence, follow-through, speed of execution
Required Skills & Experience
- 37 years experience inD2C ecommerce growth / performance marketing(supplements/FMCG preferred).
- Hands-on experience withMeta AdsandShopifyecosystem; strong CRO understanding.
- Strong analytical ability: comfortable with dashboards, cohorts, unit economics, and attribution trade-offs.
- Strong ownership mindset: can plan, execute, review, and iterate without constant supervision.
- Ability to coordinate with agencies, designers, editors, influencers, and developers.
Preferred
- Experience innutraceuticals/supplementsmarketing and compliance awareness.
- Amazon Ads + listing optimization experience.
- Experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent), WhatsApp automation, and lifecycle segmentation.
- Basic creative direction skills (UGC briefs, hook frameworks, offer positioning).
