Job Description

P&L Management: Own revenue and profitability targets for e-commerce sales.

Listing new products on the website and maintaining existing ones

Develop pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning, competitor benchmarks, and business objectives.

Optimize marketing spends to ensure sustainable profitability and positive contribution margins.

Generate insights from sales trends, traffic sources, and customer behavior to drive strategic decisions.

Prepare detailed reports for senior management on revenue, profitability, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Product Cataloguing: Ensure that brand-wise product cataloguing should be done with 100% quality with End-to-end Team, Brand & Quality coordination.

Tracking and Assortment Planning: Brand wise tracking for all the products listing and ensuring that we have a competitive catalogue and the pricing is in comparison and in line with other platforms.

Managing the portal for matters related to payments, product uploads, return claims, changes to listings, stock updates and promotions Monitor sales returns and update accounts.

Managing reconciliation reports like inventory, order and payment Work on Performance Marketing through ads to increase sales.

Requirements Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Quickcommerce experience is a must

Well versed with Amazon, Flipkart, & other marketplaces

Candidates from Beauty & Personal Care or FMCG industry preferred

Experience in running search campaigns with keyword performance analysis.

Expertise in SEO optimization for product listings on marketplaces.

Work from Office : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
