Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Gurgaon. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the strategy, operations, and growth of The Proteinest's online retail channels. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales and performance metrics, driving digital marketing campaigns, and optimizing the user experience to increase customer retention and acquisition. Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and logistics teams will be crucial to ensure seamless operations and achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce management and online sales operations especially Amazon, Flipkart and Blinkit.
• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies to drive growth and engagement
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management and collaboration
• Proven experience in digital sales platforms and significant knowledge of the e-commerce landscape
• Experience in team leadership and working within cross-functional teams is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
