Job SummaryStyle & Shine Essentials is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and scale the company's online business across existing marketplaces and new e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
The role requires ownership of account management, onboarding, listings (including A+ content), inventory, operations, analytics, and platform expansion, with a strong execution and growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Account Management (Existing Platforms)Manage and own seller accounts currently operational on Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.
Ensure account health, policy compliance, performance metrics, and uninterrupted operations across these platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace escalations, issue resolution, and relationship management.
2. New Platform Onboarding & ExpansionLead the end-to-end onboarding of brands onto new marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata CLiQ, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate account setup, documentation, commercial negotiations, catalog readiness, and platform approvals.
Serve as the liaison between internal teams and marketplace category managers to introduce, position, and scale the brands.
Identify and evaluate new marketplace and D2C opportunities aligned with the brand and category strategy.
3. Quick Commerce Onboarding & LiaisonTake ownership of introducing brands into quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh, etc.
Liaise with quick commerce partners for onboarding, SKU mapping, pricing, margin structures, and SLA alignment.
Coordinate backend readiness including inventory sync, fulfillment processes, and service-level compliance.
4. Product Listing & Content ManagementCreate, upload, and manage product listings across all marketplaces.
Optimize titles, keywords, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
Develop and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) on Amazon and equivalent premium content formats on other platforms.
Ensure catalog accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
5. Pricing, Inventory & Discount ManagementManage pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies across platforms.
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using OMS tools such as Unicommerce.
Monitor stock levels, sales velocity, and SKU performance to prevent stock-outs and over-selling.
6. Order Processing & OperationsOversee end-to-end order fulfillment from order receipt to dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and 3PLs to ensure SLA adherence.
7. Returns, RTO & ReconciliationTrack and analyze returns and RTOs, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Support finance in payment reconciliation, commissions, penalties, and documentation.
8. Performance Marketing, Analytics & ReportingCoordinate platform-level marketing initiatives following Plan Execute Review Optimize methodology.
Track KPIs including sales growth, ROAS, order TAT, RTO %, and platform performance metrics.
Prepare regular performance and growth reports with actionable insights.
Skills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart (mandatory)
Proven experience in onboarding brands to new marketplaces
Exposure to quick commerce platforms and FMCG fulfillment models
Expertise in A+ Listings / Enhanced Brand Content
Proficiency in Unicommerce or similar OMS tools
Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills
QualificationGraduate & above (Bachelor's mandatory)
