Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (Quick Commerce) at Coloressence, located in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will manage strategic relationships with B2B key accounts including quick commerce portals like Zepto, Blinkit, Nykaa etc and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning and executing business strategies, conducting data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B Account Management and managing Key Accounts
  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is preferable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
