Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Title: Key Account Manager E-Commerce

Experience: 810 years (in E-Commerce Key Account Management / Category Management preferred)

Ctc- Upto 20 Lpa ( Depends on interview )

Working Days- 6 days (2nd & 4th sat off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (E-Commerce) to drive sales, growth, and visibility across major online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with leading e-commerce partners, executing growth strategies, and ensuring smooth operations across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow revenue across key online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Jiomart, etc.
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales, visibility, and profitability targets.
  • Plan and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, and A+ content to drive conversions and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of orders and listings.
  • Analyze performance data including sales trends, pricing, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage annual terms, margins, and commercial agreements with key e-commerce partners.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and handle operational escalations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team for ad performance, product visibility, and ROI improvement.
  • Track and report P&L, ROI, and key KPIs for each marketplace account.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 58 years of experience in managing large e-commerce accounts or marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Q-Commerce platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker, and strong relationship manager.
