Mosaic Wellness is building a portfolio of digital first, health and wellness brands working toward one mission: To help Indians lead more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and grace.

Man Matters, started in May 2020, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M men every year diagnose and solve for their hair, beard, performance, and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.

Be Body wise ,started in May 2021, is an online women's elective health platform, serving 1.5M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, PCOS, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M parents every year solve for their child's physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene, and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

All of these brands are sold through our website and on through various online marketplaces. We are looking for a results driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee and manage the complete P and L of a specific marketplace channel across our brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian ecommerce platforms, consumer behavior, and strategies to drive sales, profitability, and

customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

Manage the brand's presence and performance on a marketplace platform

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, enhance visibility, and improve discoverability
  • Work with the entire conversion team to ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and terms of service

P And L Ownership

  • Take full ownership of the Profit and Loss for the assigned marketplace channel, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs, discounts, promotions, and commissions on a day to day basis to maintain healthy margins
  • Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting for the channel, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Sales Growth And Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute sale events on marketplaces while driving revenue and profitability
  • Optimize ad spend and run performance driven marketing campaigns using tools
  • Analyze customer reviews, feedback, and trends to develop actionable insights for improving sales and customer experience

Inventory And Operations Management

  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure proper inventory planning, availability, and fulfillment
  • Mitigate issues like out of stock, overselling, or delayed deliveries by maintaining an optimal stock to sales ratio

Data Analysis And Reporting

  • Track and report key performance metrics, such as Net revenue, conversion rate, ACoS, and RoAS, providing actionable insights to drive growth and profitability
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and new growth opportunities.

Collaboration And Teamwork

Work cross functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align marketplace goals with broader business objectives.

Qualifications And Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proficiency in tools like

Excel, and marketplace dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Self motivated and target driven with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
