About the Role
We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to manage and optimize day-to-day B2C eCommerce operations. The role will focus on order processing, logistics coordination, inventory control, and platform management, with hands-on responsibility for Shiprocket and end-to-end fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & Platform Management
- Manage daily B2C order processing across eCommerce channels
- Ensure accurate order flow, invoicing, and dispatch coordination
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
Shiprocket & Logistics Operations
- Manage Shiprocket dashboard for order processing and fulfillment
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, and escalations
- Monitor shipping costs, delivery performance, and RTOs
- Handle returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate stock movement between warehouse and sales channels
- Track stock levels and plan replenishment requirements
- Reduce stock mismatches, delays, and fulfilment issues
Customer & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with customer support teams for order-related queries
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Maintain operational reports and daily order summaries
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify gaps in fulfillment, logistics, and inventory processes
- Suggest improvements for operational efficiency and cost control
- Prepare basic reports on orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Shiprocket for B2C order fulfilment
- Experience managing logistics, courier coordination, and inventory
- Understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Preferred Experience
- Experience in D2C eCommerce brands
- Familiarity with returns management and RTO handling
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
