Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale our online sales channels, marketplace operations, and digital commerce strategy.
This role will manage Shopify website sales, Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces, digital marketing campaigns, product listings, analytics, and conversion optimization to drive revenue growth and improve the customer experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, website traffic, and conversion rates
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory coordination
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and ecommerce performance metrics using analytics tools
- Collaborate with digital marketing, design, and operations teams to improve platform performance
- Run and optimize marketplace advertising and performance marketing campaigns
- Improve customer experience, product visibility, and marketplace rankings
- Monitor competitor activity, ecommerce trends, and market developments
Required Skills
- 5 Year of Strong experience in Ecommerce Management and Online Sales
- Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Conversion Optimization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to manage D2C ecommerce growth, marketplace operations, and digital sales strategies
Preferred
- Experience working with D2C brands, manufacturing companies, or consumer product businesses
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred
