The Role

As the Manager – International E-Commerce, you will own and drive our performance across key global marketplaces:

North America: Amazon.com, Amazon.ca

UAE: Amazon.ae, Noon

Vietnam: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki

The pet products category is one of the fastest-growing segments in online retail, and this role sits at the center of capturing that opportunity.

What You Will Own

• You will define and execute marketplace strategies for each region — from platform selection and account setup (Seller/Vendor Central) to catalog onboarding, compliance, and account health management.
• You will create and optimize high-performing listings by developing compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content. You will also ensure content is fully localized to each market, including language, units, and cultural relevance, while coordinating product visuals and videos.
• You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. You will also drive participation in key sale events such as Prime Day, White Friday, and 11.11, along with promotions like Lightning Deals and Coupons.
• You will track and analyze key metrics such as revenue, traffic, conversion rates, ACoS, ROAS, customer reviews, and seller ratings. You will translate data into actionable insights and regularly report performance to leadership.
• You will work closely with operations and logistics to manage inventory across fulfillment networks (FBA, Noon Fulfillment, Shopee Fulfillment), ensuring availability while optimizing costs and avoiding stockouts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts, with a strong focus on Amazon
• Experience with Noon, Shopee, or Lazada is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, including advertising console, brand registry, A+ content, and FBA
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, along with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Vietnamese is an added advantage
• Experience in pet products, health & wellness, or FMCG categories is preferred
