Ecommerce Manager

Company Description: We are looking for a E-commerce manager for one of our clothing client based out of Hyderabad.

Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing day-to-day operations across Shopify and Amazon, including orders, listings, inventory, returns, shipping and exchanges.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce experience, including managing online marketplaces, brand websites, product catalogs, and promotions.
• Robust Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and make informed decisions that improve sales and user experience.
• Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, design, operations, and external partners.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, major marketplaces), web analytics tools, and basic Excel or reporting tools.
• Prior experience in FMGC, Clothing or Retail brands with a strong understanding of digital consumer behavior.
• Knowledge of Meta, Instagram & Google market place is a must.
