We're a small, vibrant studio that works in different fields of design, from graphics, communications, packaging, to spatial design.
Job Title: Ecommerce Manager
Compensation: Rs 4 to 8 LPA
Job Location: Greater Kailash II, New Delhi
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, enhancing visibility and sales performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and engaging product content and availability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and platform metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Update product information and descriptions regularly to reflect changes in product offerings and pricing.
- Address and resolve issues related to product listings, including discrepancies and inaccuracies.
- Stay informed about ecommerce trends and competitive landscapes to drive strategic improvements in listings.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines to maintain account health and product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and enhance product listings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree / Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, arts management) and several years of industry-specific experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency with excel sheets, presentations.
- Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for the studio's specific industry, with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
