Job Description

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

  • Review site performance metrics including search analysis, visits, conversions, and banner effectiveness.
  • Plan inventory by forecasting demand and determining optimal inventory holding levels.
  • Evaluate inventory and assortment health using dashboards and internal reports.
  • Conduct in-depth category performance analysis and develop action plans to drive sales.
  • Manage fulfilment tracking each season and prioritize inventory based on live business needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance business planning and execution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized central data repository and ensure reporting hygiene.
  • Generate weekly and month-end business performance reports.
  • Identify business issues, recommend improvements, and drive key operational initiatives.
  • Analyze data and insights to understand industry patterns and consumer trends.
  • Develop long-term category strategies, including exit plans for underperforming products.
  • Monitor website traffic and initiate actions to drive visits and overall site performance.
