Job Description

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

Review site performance metrics including search analysis, visits, conversions, and banner effectiveness.
Plan inventory by forecasting demand and determining optimal inventory holding levels.
Evaluate inventory and assortment health using dashboards and internal reports.
Conduct in-depth category performance analysis and develop action plans to drive sales.
Manage fulfilment tracking each season and prioritize inventory based on live business needs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance business planning and execution.
Maintain a clean and organized central data repository and ensure reporting hygiene.
Generate weekly and month-end business performance reports.
Identify business issues, recommend improvements, and drive key operational initiatives.
Analyze data and insights to understand industry patterns and consumer trends.
Develop long-term category strategies, including exit plans for underperforming products.
Monitor website traffic and initiate actions to drive visits and overall site performance.
