DesiDiya is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in specializing of Home Decor & premium lightings products. We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our Amazon account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon marketplace management and e-commerce strategy, with a focus on driving sales, optimizing ads, managing listings, and maintaining a healthy account.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow DesiDiya's Amazon business. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Amazon account, ensuring that all aspects, including product listings, advertising, sales optimization, and account health, are well-managed and aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in driving sales and profitability through effective Amazon strategies and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

· Amazon Account Management: Manage all aspects of DesiDiya's Amazon seller account, ensuring smooth operations, growth, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

· Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through strategic planning, optimization of product listings, and competitive pricing strategies. Monitor trends and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.

· Advertising & Promotions: Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to drive traffic and increase conversions. Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Product Listings Management: Ensure all product listings are optimized for searchability, customer engagement, and conversion. Regularly audit listings for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's standards.

· Plan of Action: Prepare and implement actionable plans to address issues like listing performance, customer feedback, and account health. Respond to Amazon's performance notifications and work to resolve issues effectively.

· Account Health Maintenance: Monitor and maintain Amazon account health, including tracking metrics like Order Defect Rate (ODR), late shipment rate, and customer feedback. Work to improve any negative performance indicators.

· Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure adequate stock levels, manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory, and avoid stockouts.

· Customer Feedback & Reviews: Manage customer feedback and product reviews, resolving any negative feedback promptly and ensuring positive customer experiences.

· Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI from ad campaigns. Use data to optimize performance and create growth strategies.

· Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity on Amazon and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon selling and digital marketing.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and driving e-commerce sales on Amazon.

· Amazon Expertise: Deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace, Seller Central tools, Amazon advertising platforms, and Amazon policies.

· Sales & Marketing Skills: Strong background in sales strategy, product listing optimization, and Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights for improving sales performance, advertising ROI, and overall account health.

· Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying and resolving issues related to account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding to customer and Amazon communications.

· Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, particularly in product listings, account management, and performance analysis.

Benefits:

· Salary Range: Rs. 60 to 70k
