Role Objective
Quick Commerce Manager will own and scale the company's quick commerce and ecommerce business, drive sales growth and profitability, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across rapid-delivery platforms and marketplaces. The role requires end-to-end ownershipfrom strategy and P&L to execution, platform management, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce and quick commerce channels including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon now, and Flipkart minutes.
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across all platforms.
- Supervise ecommerce and operations teams to ensure timely execution of listings, promotions, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Plan and execute channel-wise sales strategies, promotional calendars, and discount plans.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, warehouse, finance, marketing, and catalog teams for smooth operations and high service levels.
- Monitor inventory planning, stock availability, replenishment, and fill rates to avoid stock-outs, especially for quick commerce.
- Review sales performance, MIS, and dashboards regularly and guide the team on corrective actions.
- Support negotiations with platform account managers on pricing, commercials, visibility, and promotions.
- Ensure accuracy and optimization of product listings, pricing, and platform compliance.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer demand to support sales decisions.
- Ensure timely coordination for billing, reconciliations, and payments with finance teams.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with platform partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate (Regular) in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Ecommerce / Quick Commerce / B2C business.
- Must have worked with B2C brands such as Fashion, FMCG, Personal Care, or Beauty.
- Strong experience in team supervision, coordination, and sales-driven environments.
