Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager based in Kottayam. The E-commerce Manager will oversee and manage online sales channels, analyze e-commerce performance, and implement strategies to enhance online revenue and brand presence. Responsibilities include overseeing online marketing campaigns, optimizing customer experiences on digital platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data insights to make informed decisions. This person will play a critical role in adopting innovative approaches that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in E-Commerce, Marketing, and Sales
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies
• Excellent Communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and partners
• Experience in customer acquisition, retention strategies, and online advertising campaigns is a plus
• Familiarity with Ayurvedic products or healthcare sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in e-commerce platform management and digital marketing tools is highly desirable
