E-Commerce & Growth Operations Manager

Ayuvya Ayurveda, AHPL & ImFresh (Hauz Khas, New Delhi) are building modern, digital-first brands across Ayurveda, personal care, and fragrance. From traditional wellness solutions to next-gen hygiene and scent innovations, our mission is to create products that are effective, honest, and culturally relevant for today's India.

This role is not limited to marketplace operations. You'll own revenue, visibility, and growth across D2C, e-commerce, and quick-commerce platforms for multiple categories and brands.

What You'll DoPlatform & Revenue Ownership
  • Own end-to-end performance across D2C websites, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms for Ayuvya & ImFresh.
  • Manage product launches, assortment planning, pricing, and category expansion across Ayurveda, personal care, and fragrance.
  • Drive GMV growth, conversion rate uplift, AOV improvement, and repeat purchases.
Listings, Content & Conversion
  • Create and optimize high-impact product listings that educate, persuade, and convert.
  • Balance brand storytelling, ingredient education, SEO, and platform algorithms.
  • Continuously improve PDPs using data, reviews, UGC, and customer insights.
Campaigns, Visibility & Growth
  • Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, brand days, and quick-commerce activations.
  • Work closely with performance marketing teams to align traffic, ads, creatives, and on-platform conversion.
  • Identify growth levers such as bundles, combos, subscriptions, gifting, and new SKUs.
Analytics & Competitive Intelligence
  • Track sales, funnel metrics, inventory health, cancellations, and returns.
  • Identify bottlenecks, optimize quickly, and scale winners.
  • Monitor competitors, pricing, keywords, creatives, reviews, and category trends across platforms.
Operations & Supply Coordination
  • Coordinate with ops and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
  • Manage inventory forecasting, replenishment cycles, and platform SLAs.
  • Own order flow, delivery timelines, returns, and overall customer experience hygiene.
Qualifications
  • 25 years of experience in D2C / FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care / Wellness / Fragrance brands.
  • Strong understanding of D2C + marketplace + quick-commerce ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Tata Cliq, Purplle, Tira, Amazon Now, Flipkart Minutes.
  • Working knowledge of Unicommerce, Helium 10, or similar tools.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Proven ability to improve conversion rates, visibility, and revenue performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
