We are looking for a results-drivenE-commerce Managerwith strong hands-on experience inAmazon India and Flipkart. Exposure toQuick Commerce platformssuch as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket will be a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate will own marketplace performance end-to-end from catalog management and sales growth to promotions, advertising, and operational excellence while ensuring strong visibility, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart)
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Own catalog creation, listing optimization (titles, bullets, keywords, A+ content)
- Ensure pricing accuracy, stock availability, and suppression-free listings
- Monitor account health metrics, seller ratings, and compliance
Sales, Growth & Promotions
- Drive GMV growth through effective campaign planning (Deal of the Day, Lightning Deals, Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.)
- Plan and execute seasonal and event-based promotions
- Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Performance Marketing & Ads
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart Ads
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROAS
- Track keywords, bids, and search term reports to improve performance
Inventory & Operations
- Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams
- Manage FBA/FBF and seller-fulfilled models efficiently
- Minimize stock-outs, overstocking, and high storage fees
Quick Commerce (Good to Have)
- Coordinate onboarding and operations on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Work on assortment planning, availability, and pricing for quick commerce
- Align promotions and visibility strategies for hyperlocal platforms
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, TACoS, inventory turns, and margins
- Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 36 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon India and Flipkart
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and policies
- Experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads platforms
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket)
- Exposure to D2C brands, FMCG, or high-velocity SKUs
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and India-specific marketplace compliance
- Familiarity with third-party tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataWeave, etc.)
