Job Title: Key Account Manager E-commerce (Domestic/International)

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact with the e-commerce marketplace (Domestic / International)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account representatives to drive collaboration and growth opportunities.
- Act as a single point of Contact for Business and Operations.
Sales Monitoring:
- Track daily sellout, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, ROI, and profitability.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze trends and data to identify gaps, understand customer behavior, and devise strategies to boost sellout and market share.
Account Operations:
- Manage all operational aspects of the account, including listing health, Catalogue updation, Merchandising etc.
- Sales forecasting and planning.
- Maintaining purchase orders (POs) and ensuring stock availability.
- Managing discounts, pricing strategies, and advertisement spends.
P&L Responsibility:
- Take full ownership of the accounts P&L, ensuring optimal profitability and cost management. Category & Product Planning:
- Plan the category and product roadmap in alignment with the marketplaces focus areas and customer preferences. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (product, factory, marketing) to ensure timely delivery, efficient operations, and the implementation of account-specific strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role (International Exposure will be a plus)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, trends, and performance drivers.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms related to e-commerce and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing accounts for major e-commerce and quick commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart). Familiarity with handling advertisement spends and sales promotions in online retail.
- MBA or Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
