We are looking for someone with a strong can-do attitude who is proactive, dependable and comfortable working without micromanagement. You should be able to identify problems, take initiative and follow things through to completion.
This is a hands-on role covering e-commerce operations, marketplace growth, inventory, fulfilment and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Work with our internal design team on listing images, infographics and enhanced content
- Monitor sales, listing performance, stock, pricing, returns and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and online sales
- Launch new products and ensure listings remain accurate and active
Amazon Seller Central & FBA
- Manage Amazon FBA and FBM
- Create FBA shipments and plan inventory replenishment
- Monitor account health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory and marketplace notifications
- Resolve catalogue and listing issues through Seller Support
- Track inbound FBA shipments and resolve discrepancies
- Manage returns, refunds and customer claims
- Review marketplace fees, settlements and unusual deductions
- Ensure products remain compliant with Amazon requirements
Orders, Fulfilment & Inventory
- Manage orders from Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce and direct customers
- Coordinate packing, invoicing, shipping labels, courier pickups and dispatch
- Manage returns, replacements and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory
- Monitor stock and plan replenishment before products run out
- Coordinate reprints and purchase orders with printers/vendors
- Check vendor invoices and coordinate payments internally
- Maintain FBA and local warehouse stock
An office assistant will support physical packing and stock movement, but you will own the overall process.
Customer Support
Own B2C customer communication through:
- Phone
- Marketplace messages
- Website enquiries
Handle product questions, order updates, complaints, returns, replacements and refunds promptly and professionally.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with our B2B, design, accounts and operations teams, particularly for shared inventory, product launches, stock planning and customer requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong ownership and can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
- Proactive rather than waiting for instructions
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Sincere, organised and dependable
- Comfortable solving problems independently
- Good attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and operational data
- Able to handle multiple priorities without losing track of details
If something related to our B2C e-commerce business is not working, you should naturally feel responsible for finding out why and getting it fixed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations or online retail
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred
- Experience with listings, orders, inventory, returns and customer support
- Working knowledge of Amazon FBA/FBM
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Flipkart, WooCommerce, shipping platforms or inventory systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant hands-on experience matters more
Experience in publishing, books, education, D2C or consumer products is an advantage.
AI & Technology
We expect you to be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva and other AI/software tools to work faster and better.
This could include:
- Marketplace and competitor research
- Keyword and listing optimisation
- Analysing reviews and customer feedback
- Creating content and design briefs
- Working with data and reports
- Automating repetitive tasks
- Finding faster ways to solve operational problems
You do not need to know every tool already, but you should be comfortable learning and figuring things out.
What Success Looks Like

Marketplace problems get resolved without repeated follow-ups. New products launch smoothly. Processes improve over time, and our online B2C sales continue to grow.
