Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Client Management
- Lead implementation of SaaS solutions for multiple eCommerce clients simultaneously
- Translate client requirements into actionable plans and workflows
- Ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of cloud-based applications
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide effective solutions
- Maintain high standards of quality and timely execution throughout projects
Operations & Process Management
- Support order-to-cash processes, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Monitor general ledger accounting, bank accounting, and credit collection activities where relevant
- Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and project tracking tools
- Ensure adherence to best practices in eCommerce operations and SaaS application usage
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively in written and oral English with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries and escalations
- Demonstrate customer success-oriented attitude and proactive problem-solving
