Job Description

Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Manager

Location: New Delhi (Naraina)

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Growth Manager will be responsible for driving and owning Fitkin's entire online business across Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, and future ecommerce channels. The role will focus on revenue growth, promotional planning, marketplace management, website optimization, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition.

This is a business ownership role with responsibility for achieving monthly online sales targets and improving overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership

* Own complete online revenue targets across all ecommerce channels.

* Drive growth across Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

* Build channel-wise growth plans and forecasts.

Marketplace Growth

* Manage marketplace performance and visibility.

* Plan participation in major marketplace events and sale periods.

* Optimize listings, assortment, pricing, and promotions.

* Work closely with account managers to maximize sales opportunities.

* Monitor marketplace returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.

Shopify Growth

* Increase website revenue contribution.

* Improve website conversion rates.

* Optimize customer journey and user experience.

* Drive AOV growth through bundling, upselling, and cross-selling.

Promotional Planning & Offer Strategy

* Build monthly and quarterly promotional calendars.

* Design innovative offer structures and sales campaigns.

* Create cart-value offers, gifting campaigns, bundle offers, and seasonal promotions.

* Balance revenue growth with profitability and brand positioning.

Product & Merchandising

* Analyze SKU-level performance.

* Drive assortment planning and inventory allocation.

* Identify hero products and growth opportunities.

* Ensure stock availability across channels.

Analytics & Business Reporting

* Monitor sales, margins, conversion rates, AOV, and channel performance.

* Analyze customer and category trends.

* Build actionable growth recommendations.

* Present weekly and monthly business reviews.

Team Collaboration

* Work closely with CRM, Performance Marketing, Design, Content, Operations, and Marketplace teams.

* Coordinate execution of launches, promotions, and campaign calendars.

Experience

* 4–8 years of ecommerce growth experience.

* Strong experience managing both D2C websites and marketplaces.

* Experience in fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
