Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, located in Mumbai. We are looking for a versatile person - who have hands-on experience in listing, cataloging, and marketplace operations and more, ensuring smooth operations and optimized performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize product listings & cataloging on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces
- Upload product content: titles, descriptions, images, keywords, variants, pricing
- Monitor and improve listing quality, SEO, keywords, and product discoverability
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for activations, approvals, promotions, and onboarding
- Track inventory, orders, stock-outs, and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Manage daily operations including order flow, cancellations, returns, and customer escalations
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams for optimizing A+ content and ad performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across all marketplaces
- Troubleshoot listing errors, account health issues, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Strong understanding of Amazon & Flipkart Seller Panels, Myntra Partners Portal, and Nykaa Partners Dashboard
- Good knowledge of listing, cataloging, SEO keywords, and product content optimization
- Basic skills in Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, design, marketing)
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with fast-paced workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
