Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Ecommerce Operations: Take full responsibility for managing all aspects of e-commerce operations for the group, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning from order placement to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Online Marketplace Management: Effectively manage relationships and operations across various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), optimizing product listings, promotions, and overall presence.
  • Order & Delivery Management: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from receiving new orders, processing them efficiently, to managing and coordinating the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collections Management: Handle all aspects of collections related to e-commerce sales, ensuring timely and complete recovery of payments.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management: Manage e-commerce inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock, preventing stockouts, and overseeing warehouse operations related to e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Business Planning & Expansion: Contribute to e-commerce business planning, identifying opportunities for expansion, and implementing strategies to grow online sales and presence.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new vendors or suppliers relevant to e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Ecommerce Sales Driving: Actively contribute to and manage e-commerce sales, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance online revenue.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key e-commerce metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Customer Service Coordination: Liaise with customer service teams to address e-commerce related inquiries, issues, and returns efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in handling end-to-end e-commerce operations.
  • Proficiency in managing online marketplaces.
  • Ability to manage new orders and delivery processes efficiently.
  • Experience in handling collections for e-commerce sales.
  • Skills in inventory and warehouse management.
