Experience Required:
Minimum 1 Year Experience in Ecommerce
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay etc.
- Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions & keywords
- Upload images and manage A+ content
- Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries
- Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch & tracking
- Handle inventory management and stock updates
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central
- Maintain sales reports and performance tracking in Excel
- Support in Buy Box, account health & listing issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Ecommerce platforms
- Familiar with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Basic knowledge of marketing Graphics (optional but preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
