Experience Required:

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay etc.
• Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions & keywords
• Upload images and manage A+ content
• Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries
• Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch & tracking
• Handle inventory management and stock updates
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central
• Maintain sales reports and performance tracking in Excel
• Support in Buy Box, account health & listing issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Ecommerce platforms
• Familiar with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
• Basic knowledge of marketing Graphics (optional but preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
