- Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Executive
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Position Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. E-Commerce Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, and mobile apps)
- Ensure smooth order flow from placement to delivery and returns
- Monitor platform performance, uptime, and customer experience
- Have a deep Knowledge in website backend work and have good experience in data handling
- 2. Online Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive online sales growth through strategic planning and execution
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and discounts
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase conversion rates
- 3. Marketplace Management
- Manage key marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra,etc.)
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns and visibility
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SLAs
- 4. Digital Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute online campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Track ROI on advertising spends and promotional activities 5. Catalog & Content Management
- Oversee product catalog accuracy including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory
- Ensure brand consistency and content optimization for better discoverability
- Manage new product uploads and updates across platforms
- 6. Inventory, Supply Chain & Order Fulfilment
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
- Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and reverse logistics management
- 7. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and CAC
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management
- Use data insights to improve operational and marketing efficiency
- Prepare monthly Basics and yearly analysis report for each Platform sales, units, revenue.
- 8. Customer Experience & Support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews
- Handle escalations related to delivery, returns, refunds, and complaints
- 9. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Guide and mentor junior e-commerce executives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
- Support training and process improvement initiatives
- 10. Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and platform guidelines
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve e-commerce processes
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities Key Skills & Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce or online retail
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, marketplaces)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and online sales KPIs
- Proven ability to drive online revenue growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
