Role: Ecommerce Executive - Quick Commerce (Onsite, India)
Join Globelance to own operational execution for quick commerce storefronts and microfulfillment channels. This role is handson, metrics driven, and central to delivering exceptional delivery SLAs and product availability to end customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily quick commerce operations: monitor order flow, track SLA compliance, and resolve fulfillment exceptions to meet sub60 minute targets.
- Maintain catalogue and assortment health for qcommerce SKUs: pricing checks, content updates, and availability audits to minimise stockouts.
- Coordinate inventory and stock replenishment between dark stores, microfulfillment centers, and suppliers to optimise fillrate and turnaround time.
- Liaise with lastmile partners and delivery teams to optimise routes, reduce delivery failures, and improve ontime metrics.
- Implement and maintain operational dashboards and daily reports to track KPIs (fillrate, TAT, cancellations, returns) and drive corrective actions.
- Onboard and manage vendor/supplier relationships for quick commerce assortments, including quality checks and periodic performance reviews.
