Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive/Manager based in Noida. The selected candidate will manage e-commerce accounts on various platforms such as Amazon and others, develop sales strategies, monitor and analyze performance metrics, manage inventory, and oversee listing optimization. Additional responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, coordinating with teams to achieve sales targets, and continuously identifying and implementing ways to improve overall marketplace performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Sales with a clear ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize e-commerce strategies for growth.
  • Experience in Team Management and Sales Management to effectively lead and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Amazon and others, along with a solid understanding of marketplace algorithms and SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with tools for sales performance analysis and automation is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
