Ecommerce executive

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support and manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, returns handling.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Fulfilment

* Manage daily order processing across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra

* Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch

* Track order status and assist in resolving any issues

Returns & Claims Handling

* Process and monitor returns across marketplaces

* Assist in raising claims for incorrect or damaged returns

* Follow up on claims and maintain proper records

FBA Operations

* Support preparation and packing of FBA shipments

* Assist in managing FBA removals

* Help track and raise claims for discrepancies when required

Data & Reporting

* Maintain and update operational trackers using Google Sheets

* Ensure data is accurate and updated regularly

* Share basic reports and updates with the team

Requirements

* Basic understanding of ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)

* Familiarity with seller panels is a plus

* Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

* Good attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background

* Experience in ecommerce operations or D2C brands

* Knowledge of OMS Guru

* Exposure to multi-marketplace seller operations

* Familiarity with inventory and order management processes
